I ordered the Bison Burger medium, my girlfriend ordered a pulled pork sandwich. The food took a little over 35 minutes to get to the table. The bison burger was well done on the dry side but it made up for it with the accompaniments; didn't return it as I was hungry. The pulled pork seemed to have been done adequately, the sandwich didn't have excessive BBQ and tasted of smoke; I'd say quite authentic. Overall the ambiance is very relaxed and the decor is a nice rustic. The servers do their job well, the kitchen was a little slow. I'd come back and try some of the other items on the menu.February 11, 2017
